Since January 2010, over $39 million has been allocated for rapid response to 7 countries. CERF will allocate $100 million to 14 countries for the first-round underfunded emergencies in 2010. On 15 January, the ERC announced a total of $25 million to be allocated to Haiti in response to the earthquake.
In 2009, over $268 million was allocated for rapid response to 42 countries and the occupied Palestinian territory and $129 million for underfunded emergencies to 19 countries and oPt.
In 2008, CERF contributed nearly $300.5 million to rapid response grants to 53 countries and over $128.3 million to underfunded emergencies in 20 countries. CERF has funded over 400 humanitarian projects in 2008*. In 2007, CERF committed more than $227.8 million to rapid response grants in 49 countries and $123.1 million to underfunded emergencies in 23 countries. CERF funded over 400 humanitarian projects in 2007.
Since its launch on 9 March 2006, CERF has committed over $1.4 billion for 1,700 projects in 74 countries and oPT, spanning the globe in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America*.
Over $1 billion went to jump start humanitarian response in rapid onset crises or sudden deteriorations of existing crises in 74 countries and the occupied Palestinian territory. Over $463 million went to underfunded crises in 36 countries and the occupied Palestinian territory*.

Over $401 million was pledged for CERF in 2009. In 2008, 81 Member States, one Observer State and seven private organizations committed more than $453 million to CERF.
For 2010, sixty Member States, two Observer States, seven private donors, and individual donors have pledged $421.3 million so far.
