Action Aid supports projects and programmes that promote the interests of poor and marginalized people. Action Aid Kenya has evolved over the years from a service delivery organization to one that is primarily concerned with the promotion and defence of economic, social, cultural, civil and political human rights.

Africa Adapt is an independent bilingual network (French/English) focused exclusively on Africa. The Network’s aim is to facilitate the flow of climate change adaptation knowledge for sustainable livelihoods between researchers, policy makers, civil society organisations and communities who are vulnerable to climate variability and change across the continent.

Caritas Kenya liases and co-operates with other religious communities, the Government, and Non-Governmental Organizations. It initiates new programs and services as the need arises, and also co-ordinates on the national level programs in the field of HIV/AIDS, Community based Health Care, Welfare and Peace Building initiatives to mention only a few.

GOAL ensures that the poorest of the poor and the most vulnerable in our world and those affected by humanitarian crises have rights of life: food, water, shelter, medical attention and literacy.

Human Rights Watch is an independent, nongovernmental organization, supported by contributions from private individuals and foundations worldwide. HRW stands with victims and activists to prevent discrimination, to uphold political freedom, to protect people from inhumane conduct in wartime, and to bring offenders to justice.

International Crisis Group is generally recognised as the world’s leading independent, non-partisan, source of analysis and advice to governments, and intergovernmental bodies like the United Nations, European Union and World Bank, on the prevention and resolution of deadly conflict.

International Organization for Migration works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.

IA IM WG (Inter Agency Information Management Working Group) aims at strengthening the collection, processing, interpretation and dissemination of information to support a more effective humanitarian response and improved decision making throught the development of guidance materials, standards, and tools.

International Rescue Committee has been working in Kenya for over a decade, providing essential services to tens of thousands of refugees who fled to the country to escape conflicts throughout the region.

Kenya Red Cross falls under Red Cross, which comprises the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and National Societies.

Medecins Sans Frontiers is an international humanitarian aid organisation that provides emergency medical assistance to populations in danger in more than 70 countries.

Merlin is a British medical charity driven by one aim: to provide health care for people at times when they are most in need. Merlin's medical teams act fast to help people during emergencies, and work in the world’s most difficult and dangerous environments: in countries ravaged by civil war, blighted by drought, devastated by earthquakes and landslides.

Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, humanitarian non-governmental organisation which provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.

Oxfam GB focus in Kenya is on education, rights of herding communities, livelihoods, and helping ensure that poor people have enough food throughout the year

Save the Children  fights for children's rights, and delivers immediate and lasting improvements to children’s lives worldwide. It is the world’s largest independent organisation for children, making a difference to children’s lives in over 120 countries.
