The Resource Mobilization Toolkit is a guide for humanitarian response which can be used by partners at country or regional level at the onset of or during an emergency. The toolkit provides information on humanitarian financing, particularly on resource mobilization mechanisms and procedures.The toolkit aims at:

  • Providing guidance on funding mechanisms for humanitarian response
  • Providing guidance on related information products related to resource mobilization
  • Providing current funding trends and other analysis and evaluations related to resource mobilization
